Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your Moppet & Co. purchase, you can get a refund, exchange, or store credit as long as your return meets our conditions listed below:

• Return request is raised within 7 days of receipt
• You must return your purchased goods within 14 business days of your return request
• The purchased goods must be in new condition - unwashed, unused with tags intact

The purchaser is responsible for associated return postage costs, unless the return pertains to a faulty item or incorrectly received item.

 

Returns Exclusions

We do not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Items marked down or purchased during a sale or promotional event
• Products damaged upon opening or through unreasonable wear and tear
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear or swimwear unless found faulty
